Shipping Policy

Elv8 Peptides supplies products strictly for laboratory research purposes only, in accordance with our Important Notice. All orders are processed and shipped on this basis.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Where possible, orders received before the cut-off times below may be dispatched sooner.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most orders.
For some high-value orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a tracked and signed-for service.
•Orders received before 16:00 (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day
•Orders received before 12:00 on Saturdays are dispatched the same day
•Orders placed outside these times are dispatched the next working day
•Dispatch typically occurs within 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and remain subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.
In line with Royal Mail policy, Elv8 Peptides must wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before an item can be formally declared lost and a refund or replacement considered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery services are provided by a third party and that Elv8 Peptides is not responsible for delays once an item has entered the postal network.

Returns

All products supplied by Elv8 Peptides are research materials intended solely for controlled laboratory use. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of these materials, all returned items must be destroyed and cannot be restocked or reused.

For this reason, customers must ensure that all items ordered are correct and appropriate for their intended lawful research use prior to purchase.

Returns are only accepted in the event that an item is:
•Confirmed lost in transit, or
•Delivered in a damaged condition

To initiate a return or claim, please reply directly to your Order Confirmation email with full details and supporting information.

Refunds

A refund or replacement will be issued where an order:
•Arrives damaged, or
•Is confirmed lost in transit following the required 21-day waiting period

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
•An incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer
•The delivery address was inaccessible or the parcel could not be collected
•The order was placed in error or is no longer required

All refunds and replacements are issued solely at the discretion of Elv8 Peptides and strictly within the scope of lawful laboratory research supply.
