Refund Policy

Returns

All products supplied by Elv8 Peptides are research materials intended solely for controlled laboratory use. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of these materials, all returned items must be destroyed and cannot be restocked or reused. For this reason, customers must ensure that all items ordered are correct and appropriate for their intended lawful research use prior to purchase.

 

Returns are only accepted in the event that an item is:

  • Confirmed lost in transit, or

  • Delivered in a damaged conditionTo initiate a return or claim, please reply directly to your Order Confirmation email with full details and supporting information.

A refund or replacement will be issued where an order:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Is confirmed lost in transit following the required 21-day waiting period

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • An incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer

  • The delivery address was inaccessible or the parcel could not be collected

  • The order was placed in error or is no longer required

All refunds and replacements are issued solely at the discretion of Elv8 Peptides and strictly within the scope of lawful laboratory research supply.

Temperature-Related Physical Changes & Return Policy

​​Certain peptide products may undergo temporary physical changes (such as thickening, cloudiness, or gel-like consistency) when exposed to temperature fluctuations during shipping or storage. These changes are a known characteristic of some peptide formulations and do not necessarily indicate product degradation or loss of potency.

1. Non-Defective Condition

Physical changes caused solely by temperature exposure (including gelation, precipitation, or cloudiness) are considered non-defective conditions, provided the product can be restored to its original appearance through standard handling (e.g., gentle warming, cooling, or mixing).

Products exhibiting these reversible temperature-related changes are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:
   •    Following published storage and handling instructions
   •    Ensuring appropriate storage temperature upon receipt
   •    Understanding that some physical state changes are inherent to peptide materials

3. Final Sale & Policy Enforcement

All sales are final. By purchasing from ELV8 Peptides, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

ELV8 Peptides reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy at its sole discretion.
